SEPTEMBER 21 IS WORLD ALZHEIMER’S DAY
Joshua Adeyeye graduated with a first-class from the Incomparable Faculty of Law, University of Lagos (UNILAG). During the 54th Convocation Ceremony, he won several prizes including the Babs Mobolaji Williams Best in Company Law, Chris Ogunbanjo Prize for Best in Company Law, Late Professor Jelili Omotola prize for Best in Land Law, Professor Imran Oluwole Smith Prize for Best in Land Law, Honourable Justice Innocent Umezulike Prize for Best in Land and Real Property Law, and Professor Imran Oluwole Smith Prize for Best in Conveyancing Law.
He was the 54th President of the Law Students’ Society. During his tenure as the President, his administration installed free WIFI for law students at the Law Lounge, organized the 1st National Moot and Debate Competition, hosted the first National Essay Competition, sponsored faculty dues for 11 indigent law students, awarded outstanding male and female 1st ever balon d’or in Abiola Ojo Sports Festival for Law Students. We also carried out other regular annual activities and programs. Notably, he also won several competitions including Meta National Data Protection Moot Competition, SAA LASU National Moot and Debate Competition, J.O Fabunmi National Essay Competition, BLN National Essay Competition. He also emerged as top 3 in NHEF National Essay Competition, Primus Grace LP National Essay Competition, Pentagon Partners LP National Essay Competition, HJIUF National Essay Competition, and TTA Moot and Mock Trial Holden at Nigerian Law School Moot Court.
Currently, he is a Graduate Trainee at Olaniwun Ajayi LP. He will be resuming at the Nigerian Law School for his law school program in April 2025.
